All orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.
Domestic Shipping Rates and Estimates
Shipping charges for FedEx Ground & FedEx Overnight orders will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
Free local delivery is available for orders within the extended Crown Heights neighborhood. For orders in Boro Park, Flatbush and others, please contact us at 718-778-7914.
Deliveries are typically made from 6:00 PM to 10:00 PM. We will contact you via text message or phone call at the phone number you provided at checkout to notify you on the day of our arrival.
You can skip the shipping fees with free local pickup at the bakery, located at 460 Albany Ave, Brooklyn, NY 11213. Our in-store pickup hours are 11:00 AM - 6:00 PM. Please have your order confirmation email with you when you come.
How do I check the status of my order?
When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.
If you haven’t received your order within 7 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at email@example.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.
Return & Exchange Policy
Unfortunately, we currently do not offer returns, refunds, or exchanges on any on our products. All our matzoh is handled with the utmost care to ensure whole matzohs remain whole. Due to the delicate nature of matzoh, we cannot guarantee that all matzoh will remain intact throughout its journey to you.
Once again, all sales are final, no exceptions.
